These terms govern the use of TPC Construction LLC's kitchen remodeling services. By engaging our services, you agree to these conditions.

Service Agreement

Our services are provided based on the scope outlined in your project estimate. Any additional work will require a new agreement or change order.

While we strive for timely completion, project durations are estimates. Delays caused by unforeseen circumstances will be communicated promptly.

Payments are due as per the schedule outlined in the contract. Final payment is contingent upon project completion and client approval.

Any modifications during the project must be documented and approved by both parties to avoid misunderstandings.

TPC Construction LLC is fully licensed and insured. We are responsible for damages caused by our team during the project.

We provide warranties on workmanship and materials as specified in the contract. Repairs due to misuse or external factors are not covered.

Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice if terms are violated, ensuring obligations are settled accordingly.

Designs, plans, and proprietary methods remain the property of TPC Construction LLC unless explicitly transferred.

Any disputes will be addressed through arbitration or legal channels in accordance with state law.

These terms are governed by the laws of the state where the project is located, ensuring compliance with local regulations.

We reserve the right to modify these terms. Clients will be notified of significant changes prior to project commencement.
